State, Regionals and Nationals.. 

Our level 9 team concluded the 2004 competitive season with excellent results! We are proud to have several champions at State, Regional and National level. 

Other results at Nationals were Hilary 3^rd on uneven bars and 13^th all around in the junior A division. . Nicole was also 2^nd on beam and 3^rd on floor for the junior C division, while Paige,  tied  for 3^rd on floor with Nicole, placed 6^th on vault and 5^th all around. Taryn, senior B, was 3^rd on bars and 11^th all around.

Congratulations to all our competitors and coaches for a job well done!

At Regionals, all around champion in the junior A division was Hilary Wright. In the junior C division Paige Neata was beam, floor and all around champion, and Nicole Krauter was the champion on bars. Hilary, Paige, Nicole, and two other team mates, Camille Hayes and Taryn Deveau, also qualified for Nationals. For complete results check Region 5 webpage.

Spirit of the Flame Challenge.  Saint Jose, California Feb 2004

Our level 9 team recently competed in Saint Jose, California. Once again, they finished first with a score of 149, defeating all other teams, including Airborne and West Valley. Also, in the individual competition, our girls placed first in the Jr 9-12, Jr 13, and Jr 14 divisions. Good job, girls! Following are the individual results:

Cupids Cup 2004

On Valentines Day, the level 9 team participated in a meet hosted by Aerial Gymnastics in Joliet, Illinois, and placed first. Congratulations! Following are individual results.

 In the junior age division Camille Hayes was first on vault and Alicia Roche was second. On beam both Alicia and Camille tied for third place. On bars, Alicia took first, Sarah Grantham placed second, and Hilary Wright third. On floor, Sarah was first and Camille second. All around Alicia was in first place, Sarah in second and Camille in third. Nice job to all the girls!

In the senior division, Nicole Krauter was first on bars, second in all other events, and first all around. Taryn Deveau was first on bars and beam, and placed second all around. Congratulations to both!

Battle of Champions, Florida 2004

Our level 9 team had another wonderful meet in St. Petersburg, Florida. They placed first as a team  with  a score of 112.4.  Congratulations to all the girls and their coaches for their hard work (see picture above)!

Circle of Stars 2004

 In the National Team Cup Team A (Camille Hayes, Nicole Krauter, Alicia Roche and Hilary Wright) took second place, and Team B (Christina Beyerl, Taryn Deveau, Sarah Grantham and Paige Neata) placed fifth. Good job girls!

The level 9 team also competed in the Circle of Stars in two individual sessions.

In Session 4, in the 13 age group Christina Beyerl placed 3^rd on floor, 6^th on bars, 8^th on vault and beam, and 7^th all around. Paige Neata was 1st all around in the 14 age group, with 1^st on floor and vault, 2^nd on bars and 7^th on beam. In the age group 16 & up, Taryn Deveau was 5^th all around, with 2^nd on beam, 3^rd on floor, 6^th on bars and 12^th on vault, while Lindsay Jacki took 3^rd all around, with 1^st on vault and bars, 4^th on floor, and 12^th on beam.

In Session 5, in the 10 to 12 age group, Sarah Grantham placed 1^st all around, with 1^st on bars, 2^nd on beam, 3^rd on floor and 8^th on vault. Camille Hayes was 3^rd all around, placing 2^nd on vault and 5^th on all other events. Hilary Wright was 10^th all around, 2^nd on bars, 4^th on floor, 5^th on vault and 17^th on beam. In the 13 age group Alicia Roche took 2^nd place all around, with 2^nd  on bars, beam and floor, and 3^rd on vault. Nicole Krauter was 1^st all around in the 14 age division, 1^st on bars, beam and floor, and 3^rd on vault.

Overall the level 9 team placed 2^nd with a score greater than 111. Way to go team!!
