2007-2008 Detailed Results
January 18th, 2008
The boys faced some tough competition in Chicago but managed to have a
really good meet. Drew had a solid jump on the Vault and scored a 9.6,
giving him 3rd place. Wow! Hunter did a super job overall and placed
1st on Pommel with an 8.9. Our only 1st place this meet.
Congratulations! Patrick had a great meet with many great scores
including an 8.5 on P-Bars. Nice work. Ben went through the events
with lots of energy giving him a 9.3 on Vault, placing 12th. Keep it
up. Alec continues to shine having a great run; his best event with a
9.4 on rings placed him 2nd. Nice!! Josh showed off his great skills
receiving the most medals this meet, 6 out of 7! His best event was on
the High Bar placing 2nd with an 8.9. Josh placed 4th in the all around
as well with a score of 53.45. We’re proud of you. Erik did a great
job putting up his best efforts. His best event was the Rings giving
him 7th place, scoring 8.8. Keep going strong. Drake brought his
positive attitude and gave us a great performance on all the events.
His best score was on the Pommel with 7.8, landing 7th place. Reece
accomplished a super score on Floor placing 4th, with 9.2. Whoohoo!
Andrew put in some great work staying tight with the leaders. His best
score was on the Vault with a score of 9.35, placing him 7th. Keep it
up. Ross did a great job with lots of high scores, his best on the
Pommel with an 8.2. He placed 13th. Most of the boys produced their
highest AA score this meet, really showing their competitiveness.
Congratulations to another terrific meet boys. Keep training hard.
